As a Citizen, We allow the Government certain Privileges, 10th amendment, Bill of rights.

The Government does not have the right or power to say what Rights we have.

We are a sovereign people.

As a sovereign people, and, based of 500 years of legal president, We the Jury or grand jury are the final obstacle to an out of control power mad government.

We the Jury have the self endowed right AND DUTY to judge the LAW as well as the accused. It is only in the last generation that an Imperial judiciary has presumed to have the authority to dictate what the Jury could decide.

WE THE PEOPLE reserve to ourselves that decision. Article 10, Bill of Rights.
